Fabric & Trim Development

We work with suppliers and mills across the globe to source all fabrics and trims for your project. We ensure the materials selected will meet both aesthetic and functional requirements as well as being accessible – meaning price point, minimum order quantity and minimum color quantity - are all workable for your end product.

Product Development

We bring your design into the real world. We don’t simply render how the design looks, but also how it feels and functions. This stage involves the creation of highly detailed technical packages with full production-ready construction details. No detail is left untouched. Internal seam finishes, specialty technical constructions, trims, and colors are reviewed through the lab dip process and labels & tags are created.

Fit specification packages include the creation of development specs which then lead to a production ready, graded spec. We know that numbers without the human touch simply don’t fit and feel as well as our hands-on approach – we communicate with the factories in the language of pattern making to produce a balanced and beautiful garment.

We review and negotiate all material and product costing to ensure that your product is created with both quality and your margin goals in mind.

Throughout the commercialization process, we create and review each prototype, fully evaluating the workmanship, fit and function of each piece.

Bulk Production Management

We fully handle the intricacies of bulk production management. We oversee ordering all bulk materials and trims, finalized cost negotiation and logistics coordination. We ensure that the factories are in full compliance with your packaging and labeling requirements. Our partnership doesn’t end there. We also work with the factory on proper shipping documentation and help you bring bulk goods into your warehouse, navigating tariffs and shipping challenges.
