Mollie Talmanson

From my very first job in high school as a “denim expert” at the Gap at my local mall, I’ve loved everything about the world of apparel.  Moving to NYC after college and realizing I could make a career out of my passion was the beginning of a lifelong journey of learning everything I could about the industry.  For me, the most rewarding challenges have always involved the core relationships with factories, suppliers and brands to strip down the process and end up with something better than when we started.  Over the years, I’ve worked at companies such as Polo Jeans Co., Reebok, Puma, Staples and Tracksmith across a variety of roles in merchandising, product management, product development and production.  There is no better job than what we’re doing now to combine these experiences and help people see their brand goals come to life.

Sherri Bredenberg

I’m a product geek through and through. I live and breathe product - how to make it, how to make it better, and ultimately how to make it scalable. By nature, I’m both visual and tactile, and I thrive in a hands-on environment. I love collaborating with clients, factories, suppliers, and wear testers to gather insights, spark meaningful dialogue, and create the kind of exchange that leads to exceptional products. I believe the best outcomes come from asking the right questions first and then working together to find the best answers. A graduate of Cornell University, I’ve had the opportunity to work with both established industry leaders, including Reebok and Retail Brand Alliance (Brooks Brothers, Casual Corner, and Petite Sophisticate), as well as innovative emerging brands such as Tracksmith and Ministry of Supply. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on building products and brands at every stage of growth. Above all, I believe in enjoying the process of creating something meaningful. Building great products should be rewarding, collaborative, and fun—and I genuinely love what I do.

Our Story

Mollie and Sherri first met decades ago while working together in Product Design and Development at Reebok. From the start, we shared a natural synergy - collaborating seamlessly, challenging each other’s thinking, and consistently creating stronger products together.

Although our careers eventually took us to different companies and experiences, we remained trusted sounding boards for one another, regularly reconnecting to exchange ideas, seek advice, and stay connected to the work we love.

Nearly two decades later, we reunited to take on a passion project: building world-class product from the ground up. Together, we set out to create exceptional products while establishing smarter, more scalable ways of working - and we succeeded. The systems, processes, and product strategies we implemented helped transform a startup into an emerging global brand. More importantly, the experience confirmed something we had long suspected: our approach is both powerful and repeatable. It also reinforced the three core values that have always been at the heart of our work and continue to guide everything we do today:

commitment to innovative products of timeless quality,

craftsmanship that combines old-school techniques and modern technology,

the transformative power of collaboration.
